A lot of people close up on themselves out of grief, disappointments or fears of future ridicule -- and have a hard time opening back up. It might be a divorce, or just letting someone down one day. Or even you let yourself down.
It is important to let go of all the pain that is still inside of you from that/those bad experience(s). This is often the hardest part of the journey, but once you've done it, you'll find a new feeling of freedom.
Take pride in what your do.
In every action that your take part of, be proud of yourself for being part of it. Think about who it benefits. First of all, don't just do things for yourself. Do things for others. You deserve to be someone others look up to by the things that you take part of.
Always find ways to live up to that type of standard.
Love begins with you and ends with you.
